Book a ClassMoving with Intention
Every class at Grace Yoga begins with a specific intention. Sometimes that means focusing on body awareness. Other times it is about reframing your thoughts, or simply pausing to be present.
All classes are offered both in the studio and online so our community can practice together no matter where they are. The connections made before and after class are just as much a part of the experience as the movement itself.

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, especially for your first visit. This gives you time to settle in and fill out your intake forms.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in freely. No special yoga apparel needed.
Avoid heavy meals within two hours of class. A light snack beforehand is fine.
Bring water and your own mat if you have one. Mats are sold at the studio and also available for long-term rental. Contact us for details.
