Yoga Sculpting

Yoga Sculpting combines traditional yoga poses with light hand weights (2 to 3 lbs) for a class that builds strength, flexibility, and endurance all at once. Each session also includes mindfulness practice and guided meditation.

The added resistance strengthens your core, improves bone density, and challenges your balance in new ways. Expect fun, upbeat music and a light sweat. All levels welcome.
