What to Expect

This class moves at a gentle pace with accessible options for all experience levels. You will flow through postures that release the tension of the day, with time to stretch, find balance, and settle into guided relaxation.

Each session also includes a short focus on how to use your practice to build inner strength and counter the physical and emotional effects of stress. Come as you are and move at your own pace.

This class is a good fit if you carry stress in your body, have trouble winding down at the end of the day, or want a calming practice to close out your Monday.
